To celebrate the SAKE – which is a Japanese alcoholic beverage produced by fermentation that involves rice, water and koji spores – the Florian Cafè in Florence proposes a list of special cocktails coupled with an Italian-Japanese dish created in honour of the occasion by our Executive Chef.
